It’s Hanukkah evening and everything is the way it’s always been for Moos, who stayed in her hometown to take care of her father after her mother’s passing. But when her childhood friend Sam returns from Israel, he encourages Moos to pursue her passions and audition at the Academy of Performing Arts. Naturally, the course is not without its obstacles. There’s the handsome singing teacher, her father’s new girlfriend, the fact that she didn’t actually get accepted to acting school, and her growing affection for her childhood friend. Dutch filmmaker Job Gosschalk delivers an endearing romantic comedy about family, friends, and following your dreams.
